This will trigger a Welcome Email to your inbox that includes a User Name and Password to your Pop-a-Note account. Within minutes you’ll be ready to go - simply log in, update your contact information, photo, logo and social media links and upload your contact list (email addresses with first and last names optional) and set delivery frequency. That’s it!

You have several delivery frequencies to choose from. From every two weeks to every three, four, five or six weeks. The best part is auto delivery is independent of your additional 5 notes available to manually send each month - so for example you can set the delivery frequency to whatever you prefer and the system will automatically pop your clients a note per that cycle. If you decide you'd like to send up to 5 more emails to different groups or to everyone within a given month, just log in, create a Pop-a-Note, choose a group and send! The auto-delivery will continue on schedule until you change it.
Yes. Users may edit the subject of the email as well as the content. You may choose to edit the content to include your own take on the message, change it slightly, or delete and create your own message in entirety. If you choose to leave the message as is, you may want to use the "Personal Message" feature, which allows you to enter a message that appears after each and every note you send. Remember, the beauty of Pop-a-Note is that a team of professional writers at RISMedia has already created engaging emails for you and all you have to do is simply set to auto send and stop worrying about keeping in touch. You can also log in and select a note and group and schedule when you'd like to send it. All plans can send up to 5 additional notes per month, independent of auto-send cycle.
There are several ways to upload contacts from within your account. You can upload a .csv file, import from popular email clients like Outlook, Gmail, and Yahoo, or can even enter them one at a time right from the Dashboard within your account.
Yes, your credit card information is not stored by RISMedia. RISMedia is both PA-DSS and PCI-DSS compliant. Billing information that you enter is encrypted for your protection. Your credit card will be processed by authorize.net, of which we are a verified merchant.
Pop-a-Note is a month-to-month or year-to-year service powered by RISMedia; you will be billed by RISMedia for this service, and charges will appear from RISMedia on your credit card statement.
We will refund your account for any unused service in your current billing month. If you are unhappy with our services at anytime, simply cancel your account by calling Customer Service and you will no longer be billed.
